Nifty – Last Leg Of The Current Phase

The Nifty gained 33 points over the day to close at 5231. With
the momentum back in place the markets rallied further
yesterday and tested the levels of 17500/5250. To an extent the
Indian markets underperformed the rest of Asia by closing with
minor gains while most other indices registered gains of 1-2.5%.
The same is understandable as the Nifty witnessed a
phenomenal rally on Tuesday and therefore some cool-off was
likely, which was seen in the second half yesterday. The set-up
continues to be positive as the technical indicators are yet to see
any divergence. Even the oscillators are not yet abnormally
overbought and hence some more upside can be expected. The
“U” shaped pattern on the indices should get completed with the
indices hitting the resistance zone of 17700-17800/5270-5300
anytime in the next few days. Once done we believe the markets
should get into pullback mode and the extent of the same would
be known later. For the day, support seen at 5223. Overall, the
indices are in the last leg of the upmove that began on the
Budget day with upside capped to the Jan ’10 highs.

Pratibha Industries Limited has over two decades experience in multifunctional infrastructure projects. The water supply projects segment is the biggest contributing approximately 70%. This segment is essentially a niche segment and PIL has a strong reputation for itself in this segment. PIL has diversified into airports, tunnels, road, retail, urban, oil and gas transmission and power segments. PIL also receives synergy benefits from Pratibha Pipes and Structures (P) Limited which was created in 1996 to augment the operations of PIL.

PIL had an order book of Rs 2100 crore at the end of FY09 which may take 1-3 years to complete. Although PIL is a new entrant, it has secured impressive array of projects. Company?s revenues have grown at an outstanding CAGR of 70.74% during last four years. It recently entered into hydrocarbon business and has already shown positive results signing an agreement with GAIL in addition to another 4 hydrocarbon projects which are in the pipeline.

FII investors include Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited, Premier Investments Fund Limited, Swiss Finance Corporation (Mauritius) Limited, and Merrill Lynch Capital Market Espana S.A.S.V.

We expect FY11 EPS to be Rs 45, which makes it quite reasonably valued at a PE of 8 on FY11 EPS at current price of Rs 361.

CAMWorks 2010 has over 50 customer driven features and enhancements for machining faster and more accurately. These include advances to feature recognition, advances in multi-axis machining, as well as improved cutting strategies for 2 to 5 axis milling, turning, and wire EDM.

In turning, the ability to define variable allowances along the feature provides more control while at the same time reduces the time and complexity of programming. For turning and mill/turn machining involving irregular casting stock shapes, an STL file can now be used to represent the stock. While creating a more realistic simulation, this also simplifies the stock definition and results in a more efficient and predictable toolpath.

CAMWorks 2010 includes many improvements to multi-axis machining, which enable toolpath generation on increasingly complex part models. New controls have been added to simplify processing of impellers and blisks. Safely entering and retracting from the part has become more flexible and easier than previous versions.

Visualization enhancements have been made to feature, tooling, and stock display. These changes offer a more realistic representation of the machining environment to simplify programming and improve productivity.

In addition, other features enable the NC programmer to machine parts faster and easier. The computation for machining time has been modified and updated to provide a more accurate estimate. This information can be used for costing and process planning purposes. Support for SQL Server Express has been added to improve performance in large scale deployments of CAMWorks.

CAMWorks 2010 supports SolidWorks 2009 and 2010, and CAMWorks Solids 2009 and 2010 running under 32- and 64-bit XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
