Indiabulls Power, NHPC are looking expensive, says Dipan Mehta, Member BSE & NSE.
“Indiabulls Power and NHPC still remain quite expensive on fundamental basis and we may have seen some averaging or atleast investors who bought in the IPO and sold at higher level maybe trying to cover their positions. So I wouldn’t like to read too much into this bounce and maybe it is an opportunity that investors who are invested or still holding the stock could look at exiting at these levels and maybe try and average at higher and higher levels their sale. But nothing as such has changed for these companies and by and large we remain negative on those companies and the sector as a whole as well.”
