Below Rs 230, Indiabulls Real Estate may slip to Rs 210-215, says Technical Analyst, Ashwani Gujral.
“Real estate is now trading a notch below the October highs, so they are underperforming the Nifty even in this rally back. They haven’t really been able to recoup as much of the ground as some of the other spaces. So Unitech is now in this range of about Rs 78 to about Rs 96. DLF probably Rs 340 to about Rs 390 is the kind of range it would be in but clearly Indiabulls Real Estate is the weakest of the lot. If it breaks Rs 230, it could get to about Rs 210-215. So real estate is not inspiring any confidence.”
