Excellent Results Declared for Compact Disc; Trading in BSE at 57/- Declared NetProfit for 2008 -09 was 39.5 Crores Equity 9.5 Crores EPS 41.27 for 2008-09. Compared to last years 105% Upside for NetProfit.

For Fourth Quarter NetProfit 12 Crores Better than Expecting as per this Annual EPS was 50/- Compared to last Year 125% Upsdie for NetProfit.

For this year 2009-10 Company Expecting EPS was 120/- PE just 0.5 as per current Price.

Compact Disc has signed a MOU with BBC Film to Produce Film Yesterday.

Company offer to Buyback 40% of Equity of the Company. May be It will 90/- or More because Value of the Stock is good.

Total Equity of this Company was 9.5 Crores After buy back Public holding will reduced to 25%.

Just Buy at 57/- and Hold 1 to 3 months will reach 90/- minimum.

    EPS = 41.20
    PE=1.25
    EXPECT PE AT 5 = REACH 200/- THIS YEAR
    DIV = 10%(previous year)expect 15 % this year
    buyback is pending & always share goes 50% above buyback price if we expect buyback at 100/- rs. then share can reach up to 150 /- price minimum.
